You are likely getting these messages
IPSNPK14 SNMP request to nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn returned exception status for all OIDs
because the SACONFIG statement in stack PROFILE member is pointing to the wrong community name.
To resolve this check that community name in Parameter Group "$NM SOCKETS", page forward to "TCPIP.DATA DSN" and check the SACONFIG value in the specified dataset, for example:
SACONFIG COMMUNITY public AGENT 161
Take care that the community name is written correct (with/without Capitals).
