APMGTW ump validation fails with port 8080

Issue/Introduction

When configuring the APMGTW probe the UPM validation fails if the ump is using port 8080 probe functionality is not impaired

We have noticed a problem during the APMGTW configuration validation checks. Please see the attached screenshot.
The UMP server in our testing lab runs on a separate server than primary hub and port 8080, rather than the default 80.
The UI validation checks displays the message: "Not found" 

However the above does not affect the probe functionality. 

Details of our lab,
1. Secondary hub - running the apmgtw probe
2. UMP server - running wasp probe on port 8080

apmgtw log shows

APMGTW 3.11

Cause

Probe prequisites show that the webservices_rest probe should be deplopyed to the UMP

Resolution

Deploy the webservices_rest probe to the UMP robot.
