Hold Exception on Specific task does not work

Issue/Introduction

Within a session, it is possible to add an Exception of type Hold on the uproc contained in the session. The Hold option means that the a launch  that is in either LaunchWait or EventWait will be suspended as explained in the following documentation:

It is  by design an exception cannot be create on a specific task .
