Issue/Introduction

Upgraded CA LDAP and get the below messages in the joblog.

LDP6034I UNABLE TO COMPLETE DATABASE OPERATION
DSNT408I SQLCODE = -xxx, ERROR: INVOCATION OF FUNCTION OR PROCEDURE 
SYSIBM.SQLCOLUMNS FAILED DUE TO REASON 00E7900C

Resolution

The 00E7900C means that the JDBC and ODBC support are not enabled during or after the installation of the DB2 subsystem. 
This is referenced in IBM support at: 00E7900C returned for SYSIBM.SQLXXXXXX procedure call against DB2 for z/OS
LDAP will still try to connect but fails.
