Summary Alerts not clearing and not returning to green

Issue/Introduction

  Some of alerts that are passing the threshold and generating an alarm. However, they are not clearing and returning to the green (good) status. They are generating a false positive to the monitored panels.

Environment

Introscope 10.7

Cause

If there is at least one alert gray status(not reporting) in summary, then the summary alert will show up as RED.

Resolution

You can easily fix this behavior by removing from the summary alert, the alerts that are gray (not reporting). In the example above, we must remove the "App_Prepago_limeaiv04_ART" alert.
