APMGTW probe is unable to retrive QoS data from certain probes

Issue/Introduction

When using Qos Auto-Selection option in APM Gateway it cannot retrieve qos from the probes 

• sqlserver
• url_response
• snmptd

Environment

• UIM 8.51 SP1
• apmgtw 3.11

Resolution

• This issue has been detected in apmgtw probe 3.11.
• The solution for this is planned to be released in probe version 3.20 which is targeted to be released in Q1 FY 2019 (subject to change)
• There is a test version of the probe that resolves this that can be supplied.
