WSAPI: Can we get license or seat information using API?

Is there a way to retrieve license information including available and used seats using the API ?

Resolution

No.
License information including available or used seats is unavailable to any subscription users including all subscription administrators. 

Note: herein are two fields that are part of the Subscription object. However, these are not counting available or used license seats.
