CA CSM exception sysmod report references SMPRPT not SMPHRPT.

This is actually correct. There is an SMPRPT output from all the SMP/E steps/CSM folders. Reviewing SMPRPT from any step/folder except the exception_SYSMOD_report will not give you the information you needed to see to find that the FMID was on holderror with the resolver.

The warning_log.txt file is correct in that it is included in the exception_SYSMOD_report folder. This means that it is referencing SMPRPT that is also in the exception_SYSMOD_report folder.
