Security error in CA 7 Web Client when passphrase support is enabled

Issue/Introduction

After enabling passphrase and Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) support, we can logon to the CA7SRVR task, but when the SCHSRVR task is spawned it get the f following error:

SPAWNED SERVICE FAILED BY SECURITY ERROR

CCIfail called from CCIINIT 
CCIfdbk: called from CCIfail 
Prc = 8 (x8), Src = 33 (x21) Detl = 8 (x8) 
Textcode 0 Errortext = Security access denied

Resolution

You will need to change the ENF CCI spawn definition. Change the following  parameter from SIGNON=SERVICE to SIGNON/NOPASSCHK=SERVICE. You will need to restart ENF for change to take.
