Resolution

1. Understand Account Limitations CA Identity Manager itself does not impose a strict limit on the number of concurrent sessions for a single account. The behavior is determined by the configuration of your corporate user store.

2. Verify User Store Configuration

   • Active Directory: Often configured to restrict concurrent logins based on security policies. If users experience login failures, review your Active Directory Group Policy settings.
   • CA Directory: Does not inherently restrict the number of simultaneous logins for a single account.
