DBUTLTY LOAD FORMAT=BACKUP,DEVICE=TAPE .. fails with

Environment

z/VSE  
Datacom 12.0 

Cause

SYS005 is assigned to disk  in the CSORT procedure that is used in the JCL.
DBUTLTY LOAD with DEVICE=TAPE requires SYS005 to be assigned to the tape drive.

Resolution

Use another logical unit SYS number in the CSORT procedure.
