Where can I get the CDD plug-ins from to connect my on prem application with CDD SaaS?

Issue/Introduction

As Continuous Delivery Director (CDD) SaaS customer I want to download and install the different application plug-ins and connect my on premise severs with CDD SaaS. Where do I get the plug-ins from? 

Where do I get the plug-ins from as a CDD customer? And how do I connect my own premise applications to the CDD SaaS?

Customers who have purchased CDD on premise will be able to download the plug-ins from the CA Support.ca.com --> "Download Management" https://support.ca.com/us/download-center.html under CA Continuous Delivery Director.

For CDD SaaS customers, the plug-ins are now being made available for download from within the Plugins pages on the CDD home page https://cddirector.io/#/plugins for the individual GA plug-ins.
