ARA failed to create new component

Issue/Introduction

We had exported the workflow from along with all the components (using deep export and import) from client 100 to client 500.
Now when we create new component in client 500 and try to add the component to workflow, we are getting the attached error.

Both of the package below are required to start a new client in ARA
PCK.AUTOMIC_BOND
PCK.ITPA_SHARED

Step1:
Download the package on the below link
PCK.ITPA_SHARED
PCK.AUTOMIC_BOND

Step2
Install those packages via Plugin Manager

1. Go to the Administration perspective and click the Packs accordion tab on the sidebar.
2. Click Install Pack. The Install Pack window opens.
3. Click

4. Select the Pack you want to install and click Next.
