Export to PDF or HTML gives internal error

Issue/Introduction

When trying to export any report (simple or free form) to PDF or HTML we receive the message "An internal error has occurred".

Environment

Business Service Insight 8.3.x

All Supported Operating Systems and Web Browsers

Resolution

The error may be caused by the system failing to make a call to the relevant export library. This can be fixed by the following commands on the BSI server(s):

cd %OG_HOME%\bin
regfiles.bat 3

The OS finds them again from the updated registry information.
