When trying to export any report (simple or free form) to PDF or HTML we receive the message "An internal error has occurred".

The error may be caused by the system failing to make a call to the relevant BSI export library.
This can be fixed by the following commands on the BSI server(s):cd %OG_HOME%\binregfiles.bat 3
The OS finds them again from the updated registry information and the export is successful.
