Cannot delete custom action packs from ROC or Automation Studio

Issue/Introduction

Tried to delete custom action pack developed using RDK.
Before deleting the action pack, related actions/flows and processes were deleted. There were not any processes in Tag Management view on ROC.
However, Automation Studio showed that ____Default Application and ____Default Architecture still use the action pack in Usages dialog when tried to delete the action pack.

Cause

Although ____Default Application and ____Default Architecture are in Nolio database, they are hidden.
Root cause is not determined so far. This situation was caused by incorrect records in database.
 

Resolution

Took system backup.
Deleted some records from server_flow, published_process, process_container, model_steps and executable table manually, and then the action pack could be deleted.

However, not recommend to delete any records by yourself, so please contact CA Support if you face similar issue.
