SAP Closing Cockpit FCC 2.0 cannot be implemented with AE

Issue/Introduction

The SAP Closing Cockpit FCC 2.0 cannot be implemented within the Automation Engine.
At the final step Create a BAdI implementation 

The following error message appears:

 

Environment

Release: Automic Workload Automation

Component: Automation Engine

Cause

The namespace /UC4/ has the role set to P.

Resolution

The role for the namespace /UC4/ has to be changed from P to C.
This can be done using the SAP transaction SE03.
