Error when trying to provision user on SAP

Issue/Introduction
The user is not able to create a new SAP account.
SAP Function call to "JCS@YourHostname: SAP: BAPI_USER_CREATE1" failed with error type "E" and error message "User Type 01 is not active"
Environment
Identity Manager 14.x
Cause
The problem is related to the license account defined in the account template ( user 01 ) not being defined in the base.
Resolution
Just put another valid user as SAP user license in the account template and it should work
