Agile Central: Export Portfolio Items, User Stories and Tasks together

Issue/Introduction

You may wish to export Portfolio items with their user stories and tasks together.

Resolution

1. Add the App, Custom List With Deep Export to your dashboard or custom/shared page.
2. In App Settings, set the Type to the desired level, such as Portfolio Item Initiative.
3. Ensure that your Project and scoping is set correctly.
4. Apply any columns that you wish to view and export.
5. Apply any filters on that data that you wish.
6. Click the Export icon in the upper right hand corner.
7. Select the appropriate export option. e.g.  Export Portfolio Items, User Stories and Tasks...

Additional Information

This App is a Community App and is not supported by Rally but is very useful in exporting portfolio items, stories and tasks in one export file.
