User Story with a Feature as a Parent does not display or export the Parent information on many pages and apps

Issue/Introduction

A User Story with a Feature as a parent displays as having "No Parent" on many pages and exports. (See screenshots below)

EXPORT INFORMATION: On any number of windows and Apps within Rally, you may wish to export user stories along with their Parent.  While the parent field may show on the screen, an export shows the field is empty.  Here is how to export the Parent of a user story.

Resolution

Either a Feature or another User Story can display as a Parent, this is a legacy issue around how the data is stored in the database.  We recommend that you add the fields "User Story" and "Feature" to your view.  Now when you perform an export or view a page (ex: Iteration Status) with the parent information, you will get the Parent, whether it is a user story or a feature.
