Issue/Introduction

When running the CA AP Desktop on a server.
And using the CA AP Remote Viewer clients to connect to them..
After making changes to this CA AP server, or CA AP Remote Viewer, during the CONNECT to the CA AP server, the LOGIN SCREEN never appears.
Regular security settings are at the CA AP server, so it's not possible to access any console or screen from the AP desktop.
What is the problem? Why is the LOGIN SCREEN not appearing?

Environment

CA Automation Point Server/Desktop all release
CA Automation Point Client/Remote Viewer all releases
Windows Server all releases

Resolution

The new desktop with the CA AP Remote Client was refused by the AP Server to connect because the new desktop was not entered as a Trusted Remote Host Name in the CA AP Configuration Manager at the Remote Viewing option (Under Expert Interface, Automation, Remote Viewing).
