Applying the RO97393 we have
The purpose of the Hyper notification which has been sent with RO97393 is to inform us that for security protection, the following parameters: ACF2SUPP RACFALLO RACFALWZ RACFSUPP SECUSUPP TOPSALWZ TOPSSUPP have been modified to avoid their overwritten in a JCL.
In other words, they can only be set in the SYSPARMS member, but not changed via //SYSPARMS DD override.
RACFSUPPn Valid for REPORTS, ARCHIVE, BACKUP, BACKUPCC, RESTORE, RECOVER, VBACKUP, VRECOVER, LISTD, LISTV, IXMAINT, MERGE, XCOPY, FILES MGT, RELEASE, SEQ MIGRATE, PDS COMPRESS, MOVE, COPY, SECURITY, and BILLING When this sysparm is specified with the default value of N, the CA Disk RACF support is OFF. CA Disk does not check RACF authority or use CA Disk RACF profile handling. CA Disk tries to process RACF-protected data sets without interfacing to RACF. When this sysparm is specified with a value of Y, the CA Disk RACF support is ON. CA Disk checks RACF authority and uses CA Disk RACF profile handling. Make sure that RACFPROC is specified with a value of Y.
