Issue/Introduction

In CA Data Protection 15.0, random sampling enhancement was done to support decimal value in sampling rate. This functionality has been deprecated from release 15.1 onwards, but sampling rate explanation still shows the deprecated functionality explanation.

Resolution

Hotfix SO01557 corrects the explanation of sampling rate functionality. With this fix SO01557 in place, user can now see the correct explanation of sampling rate on Admin Console user policy,
when the user hovers mouse over sampling rate.

Installation Instructions:
1. Download and extract the required .zip files.
2. Apply the hotfix.
2.1. Apply Server_15.20_HF0179.msp to all 32-bit machines where the CA
Data Protection CMS Server is deployed.
2.2. Apply Server_x64_15.20_HF0180.msp to all 64-bit machines where the
CA Data Protection CMS Server is deployed.
2.3 Apply Server_Native_x64_15.20_HF0181.msp to 64-bit server machines
where the CA Data Protection Native 64-bit CMS is deployed.
