Gateway AMQP Queue Not closing the connection

Issue/Introduction

Configured Layer7 Gateway AMQP consumer. Connection to the AMQP server was successful. In the scenario where AMQP queue is down or not accessible, we see connections being left behind. When I run netstat -an | grep <amqp-server-ip>  I see connections to the AMQP server from the layer7 server.

AMQP Assertion was updated to gracefully handle unavailable mq servers
