Can I start the Spectrum REX Connector manually if it is not started

Yes. If required you can use the following steps to manually start the REX Connector manually:
1. You will need to note the model handle of the IP Routing Manager.
2. From the Explorer tab > right click IP Routing Manager > component detail > attributes tab > model_handle > note the model handle value on the right pane.
3. Login to Spectrum CLI from $SPECROOT/vnmsh using:
./connect
4. Run the below update action where mh_of_IPRM is the model handle of IP Routing Manager.
./update action=0x5640002 mh=<mh_of_IPRM>
