Issue/Introduction
We have a technical acid named XXXX, used by production team to submit jobs when they need specific datasets autorisations.
We need to produce a report of people submitting jobs with ACID=XXXX in jobcard.
I.e. we need to know every submitter.
How can we achieve that?
