Issue/Introduction
Configured LDAP integration to login ROC.
When non privileged user tries to login, HTTP 500 Error is occurred instead of login error.
Can we change error message?

When non privileged user tries to login ROC, RA searches the user in LDAP as well. It will be timed out.
RA doesn't handle the exception by current design. As a result, HTTP 500 Error is shown.
RA uses Tomcat, and Tomcat can be configured to redirect to custom error page.
However, CA has not certified the configuration yet.
