U00011359 Output filter incorrectly parses bracketed expressions

Issue/Introduction
An Output filter is not fully evaluated when it contains a bracketed {} expression.
Example:
{UC_EX_PATH_TEMP} with an Agent "Win01" should evaluate to 'path_to_win_Agent/Win01/temp'. The output filter will instead read the expressions as '{UC', causing the job to fail saying that the file cannot be found.
The output report shows:
File '{UC' is scanned for keyword '<java:Severity'
