The steps below outline how to Import CA Service Management Content to CABI JasperReports Server r6.3

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to CABI JasperReports® Server r6.3.0. The User ID and Password is superuser.
    http://<jasper_server>:8080/jasperserver-pro/
    Where,
    <jasper_server> is the host name of the server where you installed CABI JasperReports® Server r6.3.0.

2. Navigate to Manage, Organizations, and create the servicemanagement organization.
    Click root in the left navigation pane.
    Click the Add Organization button on the top.

    In the Organization Name (required) field, enter the value: servicemanagement.
    Click Add Organization to create the servicemanagement organization.

3. Import the CA Service Management content with the default import options:
    Navigate to Manage, Server Settings, and choose Import in the left navigation pane.
    Click the Choose File button and navigate to the DVD01095542E\Jasper Reports Content folder.
    Choose the zip file that contains the CA Service Management reports content for the appropriate CA Service Management product and then click Import.

    For example, choose the CA SDM zip file: CA Service Desk Manager Reports.zip
    To import the content for CA Service Catalog or CA Asset Portfolio Management, choose:
    CA Asset Portfolio Management Reports.zip, or
    CA Service Catalog Reports.zip

Note: Import the product specific content in the following order: CA IT Asset Manager, CA Service Catalog, CA Service Desk Manager. If you fail to follow the order, you will encounter errors when executing the CA Service Desk Manager reports.

Import succeeded message appears.

Verify that the OOTB reports appear in View, Repository, Organizations, servicemanagement, capability, reports.

Verify that the User Authorization for CA SDM report appear in View, Repository, Organizations, servicemanagement, capability. The CA SDM users can view the data in the reports based on the permissions associated to their roles. With the User Authorization for CA SDM report, you can authorize users to access the required data.

Repeat this step to import the content for each CA Service Management product that you want to report on.
