sqlserver v5.30 or higher
On the workstation where IM is installed, locate the folder that is referenced in the "Faulting application Path" in the application crash details.
e.g.:
C:\Users\ADMINI~1\AppData\Local\Temp\2\util\
From this folder, delete the following:
1. conf_sqlserver_5.30.exe
2. conf_sqlserver*.exe
3. nimbus_AES.dll
After this, restart the distsrv probe on the Primary hub (or the hub you're logged into in IM) and the issue will be resolved.
