Issue/Introduction
Enterprise Dashboard was down with below error, and I am unable to restart it.
Caused by: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'transactionManager': Cannot resolve reference to bean 'sessionFactory' while setting bean property 'sessionFactory'; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'sessionFactory': Invocation of init method failed; nested exception is java.lang.NullPointerExceptionÂ

Environment
All support versions of DevTest.
Cause
Passwords needed to be reset on the external database.
Resolution
Once the database passwords were reset everything worked fine.
