How to determine the ITPAM version and patch level?

Environment

WINDOWS

Resolution

 1. The best way to get the full version and build is to log into CA Process Automation and open Help / About.

2. If you are unable to log in to the PAM GUI to use Help/About to get the version information, Follow the steps below:

i. You will need WinRar or another archive app (like 7Zip) that can open a jar file. WinRar is quick and simple.

ii. Go to the ~\PAM\server\c2o\ext-deploy\c2oear-snapshot.ear folder and look for the c2oserver-snapshot.jar file.

iii. Open the c2oserver-snapshot.jar file using WinRar or whatever utility you prefer to open the jar file. You will see the MANIFEST.MF file. In that MANIFEST.MF file is the version of PAM

Example: Implementation-Version: 4.2.500CP01 which is CA Process Automation 4.2 SP02 with CP01
