Error in Admin Console: Processing of getAgentTypeList operation for <robot/probe> failed

Issue/Introduction

While trying to configure the URL_Response on a new hub via Admin Console, the customer received the error: " probe: Processing of getAgentTypeList operation for <robot>/url_response failed".

Cause

The issue is caused by PPM, the probe that is responsible for loading the probe GUI in Admin Console, not being able to load the required Java connectors from the local archive.

Resolution

The customer was trying to configure the probe on a secondary hub with ppm and distsrv deployed but the probe packages were not in the local archive. PPM needs these to be able to load the jar connector for the GUI. Once the probe package for the probe that the customer was trying to configure was in the local archive the GUI could be loaded in IM and Admin Console.
