On Prem User gets an error that 734 PB of space are needed.

Issue/Introduction

This issue has been seen while installing Rally On Prem 2017.1 but can appear in any version.  While extracting the OVF file, the user gets a message that a large amount of space is required - 734 PB in some cases - and the extract fails.

Cause

The issue seems to be caused by the default Windows unarchiving process.

Resolution

The OVF file can be extracted using 7zip.
