Detailed Description and Symptoms

Condition on one of the Chains Components executes a Cancel Chain or Cancel SubChain Action, the next instance of the Chain that gets submitted gets stuck in the SELFWAIT status.

Solution

Upgrade to Applications Manager 7.1 with Service Pack 3 or later
