Agent running on Server A connecting to Server B (with UC4 System) does not connect

Detailed Description and Symptoms

After start of the agent it disconnects immediately and in agent logfile are shown the lines below:

U2000066 Host information: Host name='ServerA', IP address='[server As IP address]'

U2000011 Connection to Server '127.0.0.1:9218' initiated.

U2000004 Connection to Server '[Automicsystemname]#CP001' was successfully created.

U2000019 The Server is reporting as system '[Automicsystemname]'. Disconnecting again.

U2000041 Closing Agent ''.

U2000002 Automic Agent '[Agentname]' version '9.00Axxx-yyy' ended abnormally.

Investigation

Change key "licence_class"= in agent´s ini File to "S"

Start agent

?

Solution

Change key "licence_class"= in agent´s ini File to a correct value shown in your Licensing information sheet.
