Applications Manager jobs stuck in "running" status even when job is completed on PeopleSoft side
Investigation
We're seeing the following in the AgentService log:
Wed Apr 10 13:16:05 EDT 2013 STSTHR: Error NULL job. Job not properly defined.
ErrorMsg: AwE-9999 Internal error (4/10/13 1:16 PM) Details: STSTHR:null

Solution
To correct the issue implement the following steps:
1. Stop the PSE Agent
2. Re-import PSE_OBJS
3. Restart the PSE Agent
