Symptoms
Deleted the HTTP binding for the ARA applications within the IIS caused to not be able to log into ARA.
Cause
To use ARA as a HTTPS - ARA will still require IIS to have both HTTP and HTTPS binding set.Resolution
Do not remove the HTTP binding, instead on the IIS manager - on the "SSL Settings" option for the ARA application. click on the "Require SSL" as this will allows you to access ARA via HTTPS only.
