Detailed Description and Symptoms

Under a previous client version of java the Title bar was okay. You upgraded to JRE 1.6.0_24 or above and the Title bar squeezed together again on the GUI.

Solution

Either downgrade java to 1.6.0_23 or below on that client machine or apply service patch 7 for version 8 which should correct the issue.
