com.automic.ftpjob.DataTransferException: 530 Connection refused, unknown IP address.

 at com.automic.transfer.CITFTPImpl.<init>(CITFTPImpl.java:125)

 at com.automic.ftpjob.connections.ConnectionFactory$1.run(ConnectionFactory.java:75)

 at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:724)

2013-07-29 09:32:30            Command aborted with error message: 530 Connection refused, unknown IP address.

2013-07-29 09:32:30            Job will continue to process commands.

Solution

This error is being reported to Automic from FTP and usually points to a Windows IIS error.  Please have your admins look at the following Microsoft KB article:
