Detailed Description and Symptoms

?Customer upgraded their Applications manager to 8.0 patch set 8, and Banner jobs started going to DB -ERROR status that are in a process flow.

Investigation

You will see the following error ?in the RmiServer log.

Solution

?This is fixed in Applications Manager v8 - Services Patch 9.

194518 Fixed a Rapid Automation Banner Agent compatibility issue that caused Process Flow Components to go to DB ERROR status.
