Symptoms

An error occurs when trying to download the client jnlp - It starts with the normal downloading/verifying but at the very end gives the message 



Resolution

1. Open Java Control Panel (from the Windows Control Panel)

2. Under the General tab, click "Settings…" in Temporary Internet Files

3. Check the "Keep temporary files on my computer" checkbox
