Detailed Description and SymptomsEverything seems to be right but Applications Manager is still not capturing jobs marked for capture.
InvestigationDouble check that there are no errors in the capture log. If you have enabled job capture and it has not started capturing jobs you will want to restart the Banner RA Agent. If it still does not work please check permissions on the capture directory to make sure the banjobs user has write access.
SolutionThe banjobs user does need write access to the capture directory and when capture is enabled the agent will need to be restarted. If this is still not working please contact support.
