Issue/Introduction

We received this message - OPS4362S ABEND X'000C4000' IN OPER COMMAND OPOCCM+X'00000B38' in CA OPS/MVS Event Management and Automation and we do not know why.

Cause

A masked Remote Job Entry System (RJS*) entry, for JOB breakages, was being requested at the same time the Network Data Mover (NDM) START entry for RJSCFEXI was requested. Both executed exit routines, but the one for the breakage didn't get passed any data. That was the reason why the OPS1940E and OPS1966E messages get generated whenever the SVTM036I message for this process comes out.

Resolution

Updated NTFYMAIN to stop actions on non-NTFY events.
