Detailed Description and Symptoms

After installing Applicaations Manager with IIS on Windows Server, an AwE-5051 error in a pop-up is displayed when trying to log into the Automic client. Details from the error message look like the following:

javax.help.HelpSetException: Could not parse
Got an IOException (null)
Parsing failed for null at javax.help.HelpSet.<init>(HelpSet.java:137) at com.appworx.client.screen.util.bm.run(DashoA5946:152) loading help set:
help/JavaHelp from codebase: RKV-CRD-APWMD1/web/classes/

Investigation

?You need to be able to access JavaHelp.hs and JavaHelp.jhm pages.

Solution

?To fix the issue, have your IIS administrator add a extra mime type under help for web in IIS.
