Detailed Description and Symptoms

Email addresses are being cut off mid-way or emails are not sending to all recipients specified in a Notification object.
 
Investigation

?Check how many characters or email addresses are in the "To" and "cc" fields of the email. 

Also, check the UC_CLIENT_SETTINGS variable in the Client's <No Folder> for the SMTP validity keywords.


Solution

?

If there are only 255 characters in the "To" field of the email, this is because an email agent is being used to send the email rather than the Automation Engine, and the agent has an upper limit of characters per line ("To" field included). 
 
There is a maximum limit to the number of email addresses specified for User objects that can be used in a Notification.  This limit is 32 email addresses for the "To" field and another 32 email addresses for the "cc" field.
