Detailed Description and Symptoms

File Transfer Object breaks up with following error message:

U0011134 ERROR '0' bytes, incorrect transfer of '0' records for file 'abc'->'xyz'.  Duration  '00:00:00'.

Investigation

Start a File Transfer Object which has to transfer bigger (Gigabyte)Files.

 

Solution

Set DISCONNECT_AFTER_FT to NO in UC_HOSTCHAR_DEFAULT Parameter. This has to be done in client 0. The agents have to be restarted afterwards.

This will force the filetransfer "partner - agents" not to close the network connection after a filetransfer finishes.
