Error when trying to install the RA Core file.

Detailed Description and Symptoms

Trying to install the RA Core files for the RA agent you get the following error in windows:

Cannot find the source file

'C:\UC4\9.00A\Agents\rapidautomation\Core\windows\x86\\@uc4.jar' to install.

Solution

This is a known issue with the RA installer.

 

You can work around the issue by copying all files except the setup.exe and the setup.lst from the installation medium (or delivery) to the \bin directory of the Agent manually.

 

 

After that go the unix Folder from the installation medium and copy the uc4.jar file to the /bin directory of the agent.

 

This should solve the problem.
