Issue/Introduction

CC&B jobs run from Applications Manager fail with a UC4-10 error.

Symptoms

All CC&B jobs fail with the following error in the output file:

Error UC4-10
Could not find SCHEDULER ID.
Either job submission failed or the job exited abnormally.

Cause

When looking at the log file we see that we are pulling the next batch number as 1 instead of the correct number.

Previous batch number: 44 Run Status: 20 (In Progress)
Previous run status: 20 Do Not Restart: N
Previous Thread 1 status: 40
Fetched next batch number: 1

Resolution

Contact your DBA to resolve the active thread issue on the CC&B batch tree.
