Detailed Description and Symptoms

After installing Automic Webinterface on Tomcat 6.0 unable to access WebInterface from external location (works from server Tomcat is installed on).

Investigation

Internet Explorer message-

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Solution

Make sure Windows Firewall is disabled on the Tomcat server
