Detailed Description and Symptoms

?When starting a PeopleSoft Agent on a Windows 64bit server the following error appears in the Agent log:

Error '193' while loading 'UCXJPSX6.dll'

Solution

?The PeopleSoft Agent is a 32 bit Agent so it requires 32 bit Java.

Install 32 bit Java and place it in the Path so the Agent can find it when it starts.
